FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

What Currency do you accept?

All our items are sold in Singapore Dollar (SGD). We accept only in SGD.

Google search results might have shown our pricing in USD, this is something we have no control over how Google displays.

However, we assure you that when you make a payment to us, you are charged in SGD.

I opted to self pickup my order, where do I collect?

Currently, self-pickup is only at Khatib MRT station or Yishun Street 41. Please make an appointment before coming for collection.

Do you provide international shipping?

We currently only ship within mainland Singapore. International shipping may be an option in the near future. We will update our website when this becomes available, or you may follow us on our social media for future updates.

Do you offer free delivery?

If you spend S$150 and above, you are entitled to free delivery.

Can I make payment by Paypal or credit card?

Paypal and Credit card payment methods may be available in the near future, at this moment we only accept PayNow.

Can I cancel my order?

Shopping for the perfect item shouldn’t be stressful! We understand that sometimes your needs change, so we’ve made our cancellation policy as flexible as possible.

For ready-to-ship items, you’re welcome to cancel your order any time before it is being shipped out and receive a full refund via PayNow. Simply head to your order history and click “Cancel Order” or email us your intention. We’ll process your refund promptly and you’ll have your money back in no time. No worries, no questions asked!

For customised products, however, things are a bit different. Since these items are specially crafted to your specifications, they’re unique and can’t be easily resold. Therefore, cancellations after the order has been confirmed will result in the loss of your payment.

We understand this might seem like a bummer, but we want to be transparent about our process. We put a lot of love and effort into crafting each personalized item, and your deposit helps us cover the costs of materials and labour even if the order doesn’t go through.

Ultimately, we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.
